TUMBLING CLASSES FOR CHEERLEADING
for beginners to advanced STARTING FROM
age 5 and up!
Our tumbling program
is designed to accommodate those who need to learn how to
floor tumble for Cheerleading or Competitive Dance.
Students utilize equipment such as the trampoline to learn
basic jumps and tumbling skills.
 We can accommodate
everything from students learning a cartwheel up to students
learning back handsprings and flips.
Each class includes an
appropriate warm-up followed by instruction in cheer jumps,
tumbling, flexibility and conditioning skills. The
trampoline and a variety of skill cushions and mats are used
as training aids. All instruction is progressive for safety.
Tumbling classes
are great for boys and girls
who want to learn tumbling passes, cartwheels, round-offs,
backhand springs and more. These classes are ideal for
those who want to try-out for cheerleading or who already
are on a cheerleading team.

These sessions are
geared for kids interested in learning some acrobatics, basic
tumbling skills and jumps that will help with cheer or dance.
Cost is $45 monthly.
(Must
have 4 or more kids to start class)
VALLEY STARS
HAS NOW STARTED TUMBLING CLASSES FOR THOSE WHO MAY NOT BE A PART
OF OUR CHEER CLUB.
Private classes are arranged between the coach and the
athlete's parent.

Melissa is
the Head Coach for the program and will be happy to set you up
with the best teacher/coach for your child's tumbling needs. Any
questions you may have please contact her directly and she will
assist you with more information and or costs.
ALL ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO PAY $30 BC
CHEERLEADING INSURANCE AND $10 ADMINISTRATION FEE. THESE FEES
COVER FOR A WHOLE YEAR.

Privates /
groups are available from 3:30 onward each day of the week
Monday thru Friday.
We have
weekend training as well for larger groups or teams such
as dancers / school teams etc. who would like to book a month's
training at a time with our team of expert tumbling coaches .
Saturday classes are also available for teams /groups or individuals.
