The Best Recreational Program for Young Girls / Boys who want to Just Have Fun !!

This program is for those who are interested in cheerleading but cannot commit to the competitive program No previous experience necessary. You learn basics of cheerleading , stunting, dance , cheer and tumbling. Guaranteed to have FUN and meet new Friends. Each athlete will earn a certificate at the end of each session.

Ages  5-9 and 10-13

ADVANCED classes for those who have completed to level 2

Recreational cheer has become so popular so we decided to add some more spirit into our program by teaching an advanced class for those who are ready to move up . Some athletes cannot make the commitment of the competitive program so we decided to step it up a level and have our very own advanced team that will fit right along side the competitive teams.

ALL ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO PAY $30 BC CHEERLEADING INSURANCE AND $10 ADMINISTRATION FEE. THESE FEES COVER FOR A WHOLE YEAR.

Program Dates and times:

Mondays: Apr 14 - Jun 23 (10 weeks)  (Level, 1, 2, 3) No class on May 19th          Times: 4pm - 5pm  & 7pm - 8pm    Cost: $125 - includes GST and team t-shirt

Thursdays: Apr 10 - Jun 12 (10 weeks) Beginner to Advanced Recreational            Times: 6pm - 7pm  Level               Cost: $125 - includes GST and team t-shirt

Saturdays: Apr 12 - Jun 21 (10 weeks)     Beginner to Advanced Recreational        Times: 10am  - 11am                    Cost: $125 - includes GST and team t-shirt

Pre-School Classes

Pre School Classes Available for ages 3 to 5 (morning and afternoon)

The class aims to provide fundamental skills in Gymnastics, including fine and gross motor skills; balance, body awareness, co-ordination, self-confidence, listening skills and fitness. Parents are welcome to watch or even participate as an activity supervisor!

Climbing, swinging, jumping, balancing, tumbling and lots more activities are all part of your child's time while at the Valley Stars gym! All equipment provided is modified to the small child's height to allow them easy access. It is a great time for children aged 3 to 5 years. There is so much to do … plenty of activity; crawl through the tunnels; jump into a cylinder; trampoline; … plus lots more! So come along … we would love to see you there!

Mondays: Apr 7 - Jun 16  (10 weeks)  Times: 10:15am - 11am & 5pm - 5:45pm     Cost: $90 (all costs includes GST and team t-shirt)

VALLEY STARS NOW OFFERS A GYM PROGRAM FOR THE HOME SCHOOLED..

THAT'S RIGHT .. FUN!!! Do you need a credit for school? Come and try it out with lots of jumps, tumbling, trampoline, cheer or dance. Take one or many of the different classes offered.

For children and young adults ages 16 and under. Male and female classes for all ages.

Classes will be divided into age groups 5 - 8, 9 - 12, 13 and up.

The class is open to the community's home schooled, and you can take one program or many. We teach groups to cheer for middle schools (school cheers only).

Valley Stars recreational coaches can provide your school with school cheers for games and fun. We will provide you fun and laughter and spirit all under one roof.

Girl Guides, dancers, ball teams, school gym classes etc etc are all ways to form a group and just have fun cheering.

Cost is $30 per month and an annual fee of $40 which includes all insurance and administration fees for the year.
